Review change requests
Check and approve the changes students ask for in the app, such as a new address or residence card.
Review a request
When a student asks to change their address, residence card or other details in the app, the request arrives in Change Requests.
- Open the request and check the change.
- Click Approve or Decline.
Once approved, the change is saved to the student's details.
