    NewAttendance

    Fix attendance for many students at once

    In a class's attendance records, you can now change several students' attendance in one go, for a late train or students who couldn't scan the QR code.

    • Choose several students in the records and mark them present, late or absent together
    • Every change is kept in the audit log, with who made it and when
    • Changed attendance shows in attendance rates and immigration reports right away

    Students can see their residence card expiry in the app

    The student ID in the student app now shows when the student's residence card expires, and the app reminds them as the date gets close.

    • The residence card's expiry on the student ID
    • Reminders in the app from three months before
    • A new card added in the app reaches the school as a change request

    Better formats for immigration reports

    Immigration reports now export in a form you can submit as it is.

    • Export periodic reports as Excel or PDF
    • Each student's attendance rate filled in for you
    • Missing fields flagged before you export
