What happens when a student gets a new phone?
They install the student app and log in with the same account. Their records come with them.
Using a new phone
- Download the student app on the new phone.
- Log in with the same email and password as before.
Attendance records and the student ID are kept with the account, so nothing is lost.
If they don't know their password
They can reset it from the login screen. You can check their account in App accounts.
