Why hasn't my invitation email arrived?
Check your spam folder, and the address it was sent to.
What to check
- Look in your spam or promotions folder.
- Ask your admin to check the address they invited.
- If your school's email filters incoming mail, allow mail from edunoah.com.
Send it again
Admins can resend an invitation from Team. If the address was wrong, invite the right one instead.
